The state-NGOs roles and the relationships in developing countries

The figure of the NGO replaces the role of states in order to ameliorate the basic living standards as health care, education and welfare caused by a poor economic growth and languidly development. Therefore, NGOs appeared to complete the failed work of states regarding to social issues. However, the relationship between of these two can have a vast of boundaries and side interests.
